It is our desire to provide a superior level of customer service, quality products, and record keeping for our screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and sporting goods customers while maintaining honesty, integrity, and high values.

Company History
Eugene Silkscreen, Inc. (ESS) was established in 1985. It is second generation family owned company. ESS is located at 960 Wilson Street, Eugene, OR 97402. All screen printing and embroidery production is produced at this location. We have multiple staff artists and digitizers which gives us the ability to change or enhance anything without any downtime. We have four manual screen printing presses and one automatic press in addition to 23 heads of computerized embroidery equipment.

We have been licensed to produce University of Oregon products since 1996.

ESS is open M-F, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Normal production time is 7-10 working days. We pride ourselves in meeting our deadlines unless there are extenuating circumstances like backorders, shipping delays, changes in the order, or delays in artwork approval by the customer. If a customer has a due date prior to the normal production time, we will make every effort to accommodate that request if our production schedule will allow for the RUSH order.

Finished orders can be picked up, shipped or delivered. Local large bulk orders will be delivered at no charge to the customer. Deliveries by ESS are usually done once or twice per week to aggregate the deliveries in an effort to conserve on fuel and time.

The minimum order for screen printing is eight items, in order to avoid the minimum print fees. Smaller orders can be printed; however, it is considerably more expensive due to the set up involved.

The minimum order for embroidered items is one. We have a single head embroidery machine to accommodate this need.

Special price considerations are available on large bulk orders. Please call for a quote.

Record Keeping
To ensure accuracy with products ordered and consistent pricing, we utilize industry specific software which allows us to maintain records of products ordered, pricing, customer contact information, artwork, production locations, and color ways for different product colors, special production notes, and distributor ordering information.

Orders are counted three times before it is delivered to the customer. Once when the product is checked in, again when the order is completed, and again when the order is folded and packed into the delivery boxes. We pride ourselves in the accuracy of items ordered and delivered.

The hard copy of artwork is archived in customer packets. The computerized artwork is saved on our server and is backed up nightly.

We DO NOT quote low pricing to get a customer in the door and then change the price after the fact. The original quote is archived with the artwork.

ESS prides itself on the quality of our products and our production. We stand behind all products purchased by ESS. We will replace, fix, or credit any defective merchandise. The industry standard defect rate is 3%. Our defective rate is lower than 1%. If there is a problem on an order, we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We believe in taking care of the customer. We want the customer to be happy with us and our product. Our best form of advertisement is you, the customer! Industry standard for warranty times is three to six months for defective merchandise. Normal wear and tear of an item is always a consideration.
