We ship our products UPS and fill orders the day following the order. Eugene Silkscreen guarantees all products provided by us, the company. By that, we guarantee the product & embellishment to free of any defects. If there is a defect, we will replace the product, fix it, or issue a credit. Depending on the circumstance return shipping may or may not be covered. Normal wear and tear or ordering the wrong size does not classify as defective merchandise. Please call and talk to customer service before any product is returned or if you have any questions.
